If Palestinians hide weapons in civilian places--and I say "IF"--it is because Israel does not allow them to establish military barracks

So what are Palestinians and Arabs who want to resist Israeli terrorism to do? Where does Human Rights Watch want Palestinians to store their weapons? Yes, I am in favor of establishing military barracks and centers but would the terrorist state of Israel not bomb them within minutes to smithereens?  Who are we kidding? We are not dealing with a normal terrorist state. This is hyper-terrorist state that all present-day terrorists owe their inspiration and guidance.
